“The Lotus Eaters” was absolutely phenomenal—really everything I’d hoped (and was told) it would be.
We finished it last night on the phone. We’d started it the morning after our first date. As backward as it sounds, reading to her on the phone makes her feel closer by.
We’re thinking of moving onto a full-length novel next. The tough part is choosing the right one.
Well, really, the tough part is ending the session. The easy part is reading it to her. Just that she lets me…and says how much she loves it… Who is this girl?
