'Gilligan's Island' and Stockholm Syndrome

I used to love the television show “Gilligan’s Island.” There is nothing special about this former lover affair. I think many children fall in love with reruns of old shows. For whatever reason, for me in my youth, a cast of castaways captured my interest.
I think the reason such interest was born from such a mundane and all together nondescript sitcom...
